  观点:Doing exercise is the most efficient way to maintain health

  论点1(支持):Improving the amount of exercise will leads to a robust body and reduce the possibility of infecting diseases.

  论点3(支持):Doing exercise can provide an opportunity to be drenched in sweat and totally get rid of those worrings.

  An old saying goes like this: the key to life lies in movement. No one can deny the importance of doing exercise. While in modern society, young generations spend too much time on sitting chairs playing online games or shopping, which not only leads to the vulnerable body but also decreases the immune system. Therefore, in my opinion, doing exercise is the most efficient way to maintain health.

  Firstly, improving the amount of exercise will leads to a robust body and reduce the possibility of infecting diseases. In school, children are required to do morning exercise, not because of entertainment, but because the regular exercise can improve out immune system can make students much healthier. In the park, senior citizens usually practice Tai chi or Chinese martial in the morning or at the dusk in order to make themselves feel good physically. Thus, regular exercise is vital to maintaining health.

  In addition, doing exercise is the only way to losing weight. Everyone loves beauty and will pay any price to become one. Shaping a proportional body will definitely increase a person's glamour. Once I met woman who's addicted to losing weight. She told me half years ago she was doubled in size and her boy friend dumped her because she was too fat. This hurted her so much then she decided to become slim and glamorous. Now after 6 months harsh practice she's already become a fair lady with thin waist. Regular exercise is the exclusive way to shaping a proportional body.

  Finally, people in modern society exert much pressure and burden to young generations, then they need a effective way to release pressure . Doing exercise can provide an opportunity to be drenched in sweat and totally get rid of those worrings. For the mental health is also an integral part of absolute health.

  From what I have asserted above, doing exercise regularly not only can build a robust body but also can benefit our mental health.
