　　仔细审题不难发现，题干中提及两个主要的内容。其一，环境保护是国际合作的主要益处。其二，世界经济才是国际合作的最大收益。较为传统的提问方式，要求考生对这两方面分别讨论一番，再表达清晰自身的立场。

　　Thanks to the unprecedented globalization, international cooperation is emerging into nearly all aspects in our societies. Consequently, people try to judge whether the major benefit of multinational cooperation is environmental protection or prosperousness of world economy. Eventually, what countries and individuals gain is far more than these two.

　　开头一段，非常标准的写法。首先一句介绍背景，随着全球化的发展国际合作已经浸入人们生活的方方面面了。再一句点明主题，表达清晰本文要讨论的重点内容。第三句，很直接地表达了笔者的立场。

　　Primarily, there is no gainsaying that humans achieve huge success in terms of environmental protection. Without many countries' participating collectively, some world-wide environmental pollution like global warming can never be controlled. International projects aimed at solving environmental problems on global scale are able to coordinate not only the latest technology but also qualified human resources, which cannot be provided by a single country at all.

　　主段一，正面讨论题干中的观点一。介绍了人们在国际合作的背景下，取得了环保方面的成功。但是，实则并没有肯定题干中的观点，即没有承认这方面的成功是国际合作的主要收益。

　　On top of this, almost every citizen in developing countries, developed and even the less developed ones is beneficiary of international trade, as it redistributes a whole variety of resources across the globe more reasonably. An instance in point is that international business brings some raw materials from undeveloped countries to developing ones where those raw materials can be manufactured into commodities that people in developing countries like to purchase. In a chain like this, all countries involved benefit from both economic growth and the increase of working opportunities generated by it.

　　主段二，与上一段异曲同工。同样是肯定了人们在国际合作的大背景下受益于世界经济的发展。但是，也并没有肯定题干中对于该观点的表述。言外之意，主段一和二只是说明了环保方面和经济方面的确都有收益。但是并没有说明那方面是主要收益。

　　Notwithstanding, the emphasis of the above two aspects does not imply achievement in other fields can be underestimated. Cultural exchanges offer people chances to enjoy exotic culture in their own country, and international anti-terrorism cooperation ensures terrorists have nowhere to run. Hereby, with only partially focusing on one or two aspects, people's estimating main benefit of cooperation among nations is irrational, unfair and harebrained, and all achievement that humans gain from it should be fully affirmed.

　　全文的第四段，也即是结尾段，表达了笔者的立场。其实笔者立场较为简单：国际合作给国家和个人带来诸多益处，任何方面的益处都没有必要被夸大也不允许被低估。换言之，笔者否定了任何一种好处是国际合作的首要好处，也就是否定了题干中的两方面观点。

　　读到此处，各位考生可能有如下疑问：

　　1.可以同时否定题干中的两个观点吗？

　　"discuss both view and give your own opinion" 这类提问方式的问题，可以同时肯定题干中两个观点，那么自然也可以同时否定这两个观点。只要文章的论点能够支持文章最后的立场，那么任何结论都在情理之中。

　　2.可以这样没有结尾段吗？

　　其实，本文还是有结尾段的。只不过，笔者将传统意义上的结尾段和个人立场的阐述放到了同一个段落里面。原因很简单，因为笔者的立场就是全文的结尾。因此就没有繁琐地再写一段结尾来概括全文。其实，末段最后一句已经起到了这个作用。
